With the conception of the Heesemann FBA 8 a machine for the processing of veneers with a range of thickness between 0,4 and 2,5 mm is made available, which meets all the requirements for a modern production of veneers. The machine is established in form of a modular system and can be equipped with 1 to 4 sanding units.

A special guiding system in the machine guides the veneers, by a combination of press on rollers and press on lips, via a watercooled, optionally, specially shaped profile and underneath  the roller, making an absolutely exact calibration and an excellent sanding result of the surface possible.             

The height adjustment of the roller units is accomplished by servo drives in each unit.
Though this adjustment can be fulfilled fully automatically and independently for each drum. The machine is operated by a colour Touch-Screen terminal.

Equipped with industrial belts of a length of 2.620 mm, ideal for the application in  industries.
