The sanding units as modular elements
|
|
-
Precise steel roller with vibration-free run for heavy calibration works
-
Surface of the steel roller with spiral embeddings in order to guarantee aggressive attack and good cooling
-
The stock removal depends on the grit of the sanding belt, the feed speed, the power of the drive motor and the quantity of the roller units
-
Heesemann achieves a perfect surface after the calibration by means of contact rollers by one or several following fine sanding units
-
For certain applications rubber rollers in all different shores and different diameters are also available
|
|
|
-
the sanding belt runs cross against feed direction - so the wood fibres are cut off optimally and cannot raise up again after the lacquering process.
-
Pressure of the sanding belt onto the workpiece is effected by means of a segmented pressure beam with CSD®-System
-
Due to the following cross sanding unit behind a roller unit an important grit graduation is possible
|
Longitudinal sanding unit
|
|
-
Longitudinal belt executes a final sanding in grain direction
-
Elastic belt tensioning guarantees a high adaptability of the sanding belt
-
Pressure of the sanding belt onto the workpiece is effected by means of a segmented pressure beam with CSD®-System
|
Longitudinal sanding unit with pressure segment belt
|
|
|
Longitudinal sanding unit with CSD Plus double pressure beam
|
|
-
The CSD® Plus double pressure beam ensures a finer sanding surface
-
The CSD® Plus system works with two independents controllable CSD® pressure beams
-
By that it is in fact not possible to replace two successive units with graded sanding belt grits, but for different applications a finer surface is produced.
-
Also the combination of pressure segment belt and CSD Plus double pressure beam for the last longitudinal sanding unit is possible and once again leads to a finer surface

Especially on frame parts with different grain direction the longitudinal traces of the cross veneered upper and lower parts of the frames have to be minimized. This is done by two orbital sanding units which make the total impression of the frame surface more harmonious. |
