The portal sanding centre PSZ enables the processing of the profiles on plate-like workpieces with irregular contours.

In the basic execution workpieces in sizes of 2000 x 1600 mm can be processed - as an option the sanding centre can also be designed for larger workpieces.

In a more useful basic execution that is suitable for inner as well as outer radii the PSZ is equipped with a double profile sanding unit, a double sanding wheel unit and 9 CNC controlled axis in total.

The workpieces lie on solid high vacuum clamping supports that ensure a downwards swivelling of the sanding units without touching the feed table.
