For years Heesemann has been following a clear and easy concept of operating for their sanding machines. A start button for automatic starting of the machine, a stop button and an emergency stop button are all switch elements the operator needs. In addition a graphic operation terminal for adjusting the parameters offers access to all functions of the machine. After finding the correct adjustment it can be saved as a programme in the memory and is easily available for future use.

For the standard machines two operation terminals with different performances are available.

 

1. Graphic Operation Terminal with Touch Screen

  • In- and outputs of machine and pressure beam controller

  • Checking of the work piece recognition

  • Possibility of connection to a supervising controller


2. Industry PC with TFT - Color Touch Screen

This comfortable operation device offers exceptional flexibility. All important parameters are visible in a clear manner on one screen

  • Programme memory with name of the parts which are to be processed and space for remarks (sanding paper grit etc.)

  • All specific parameters of the machine are clearly arranged in groups

  • For trouble shooting the machine shows and describes the different error conditions exactly (to use without any programming skills)

  • Password protection against error operating

  • Internal status memory for programme batch to follow the present situation.

  • All in- and outputs of machine and pressure beam controller

  • Possibility of connection to a supervising controller

  • Possibility of connection to internal and external networks via Ethernet TCP/IP or Modem. The machine is acting like a web server and trouble shooting can be done via standard browser

  • Display of operation data for processingby standard software

  • Logfiles for documentation and secondary checking of all relevent changes of state of the machine including date and time in the right order. The logfile can also be processed by standard software.

  • Possibility to connect a wide range of periphery devices (for instance scanner, calliper, interfaces etc.)
