Low noise level of the sanding units
The sanding units of a Heesemann machine achieve a very low noise level by using a ripped belt for the drive. These ripped belts are working almost free of vibration compared to individual v-belts. By driving the two lower drums of the sanding unit at a synchronised speed the sanding unit is able to transmit a high power rate with low sanding belt tension. This enables the pressure beam to compensate big tolerances and gives the sanding paper the capability to adapt itself to bended workpieces and such with tolerances in thickness. Exactly balanced drums are positively affecting the noise emission.
Bearings lubricated for lifetime
As all elements which are working at high revolution rates are equipped with bearings lubricated for lifetime maintenance on these elements is unnecessary. In addition, damages caused by using the wrong lubricant are avoided. Last but not least is there no danger of unbalance of rotating parts entailed by using too much lubricant. This increases the reliability and the availability of the machine
