The Heesemann blasting system cleans directly behind the sanding area at the height of the return drum. At this place the pores of the sanding belt are opened in an optimum way. Due to the combination of blasting and extraction a maximum cleaning effect is ensured. Another positive effect of this favourable configuration is the low extraction volume and a low compressed air consumption.

Particularly for the thin lacquer coatings which become more and more common a perfect workpiece cleaning is getting more essential. The Heesemann range of sanding machines includes various systems for cleaning the surfaces and edges. Cleaning brushes are a standard feature of our machines. In addition a rotating unit with compressed air including an extraction duct could be quoted. For a more intense cleaning a separate cleaning machine with an integrated compressed air ventilator is available. This unit can also be supplied as a separate dust removing machine with an own drive for installation in front of lacquer lines.
